I definitely see your point. The problem is that once Becky, who was first to use the system, defined a record for this email address, all matches are compared opposite her birth data, regardless of what you actually entered as Member Data in the Relationship Analyst form.

We must clearly explain that an email address is unique to one member only.

Can you acquire a Yahoo! or other free email address in order to run your own reports?

Please forward Becky opposite Becky URL to me. I would like to study the report and dig into the numbers before I answer your last question: "AND don't you think it's wierd that NOT ONE of the relationship categories was positive -- don't you think she could get along with herself".

I hate to cause you disappointments, Willie. But you can tell, by the late respond, how busy we are in constantly improving Top Synergy platform. And all this is thanks to minded individuals like you.
