What you need to do is acquire a new email address (Yahoo, Gmail, HotMail, etc.).

Get Elvis' birth information from his page (click "Analyze Relationship") and write it down.

Go to Top Synergy's homepage and start a fresh report.

On the left side place Elvis' information and the new email address.

On the right site write your own information and presto.
