Please send me a few links to reports that puzzle you through the forum's email (by clicking my name and then "Click to send an E-Mail"). I'll look at these reports and the underlying mathematics and come back with an answer.
It might be that the system wend berserk by the number of queries that you sent in. I know that it halted our servers because we don't yet know how to accommodate more than a total of 20-40 records per member, and that we had to delete many of your last queries in order to get the system working again.
Please limit your queries to a maximum of ten per week. This way we'll be able to go back and delete older relationship reports and keep your total number of reports at bay.
Our goal, however is to overcome this limitation and keep you happy indefinitely
