Inaccurate time of birth may or may not distort the results of the report, and even that - to unknown degree.
Sometimes we see that five minutes make a difference, and on other occasions even a full day shift doesn't cause much change.
As a side note, the inability to predict how time variances will impact the results can be considered an advantage on dating sites, for example; members cannot manipulate their information in order to improve their results.
You can always use a rectification service. This process determines your astrological time of birth base on major events in your life. The process is long, expensive, and requires great precision. Thus, I do not recommend to use just any online astrology shop that offers rectification service.
