Hello topsynergy,
I have some great actors and musicians to recommend on the list. Unfortunately, I couldn't find their exact time of birth, so I hope you'll be more lucky. 
The sources are mostly from the imdb.com and wikipedia.org, and the rests will be indicated.
I’m starting with a young Canadian actor Marc-André Grondin. (I think he'll have a bright future) He was giving a remarkable performance in the movie called C.R.A.Z.Y, playing an embarrassed, vulnerable but after all, a rebellious boy in the 60s, 70s, early 80s' Quebec society.
