In some of the reports I get, I have high ratings with the other person, but no synergy. In others, I have lesser ratings with the other person, but a higher rating on synergy. Could you explain how you determine if the relationship has the capacity to be greater than the sum of it's "parts" since it's obviously not just based on getting high numbers in the other fields?
