Hello,
Thanks for asking for user input for your reports.

I agree w/Stella - it would be great to see the astrological detail on the report, or at least have the ability to drill into the detail somehow. I also find the graphical representation on your reports kind of confusing. If there is a ring under my column as well as a ring under the other person's column, why would the "mutual" column be blank? I'm not sure what the report is telling me. And... astrologically, how did it come to that conclusion?

I get the feeling that the site/reports may be trying to cater to a non-astrologically literate audience in the hopes of reaching a wider group of people, but in doing so the reports are oversimplified for the very audience (astrological dabblers) who could be your strongest user base. So it just depends on who you want to target with your website and reports. But as a use case from one of your users.... if I come to TopSynergy, you can bet that I've also gone to Astro.com and run a Synastry and a composite chart. Sometimes I'm surprised to find that what looked like a very strong synastry or composite chart comes back with very low numbers on TopSynergy and vice versa.... so I would like to be able to drill into the data and understand how those scores were reached.

Astrology has such a rich vocabulary.... Fire, Earth, Air, Water... each of these words tell a story about personality and relationship. If you are trying to sanitize your reports (??) from using too much astrological jargon to be of use to your average Joe - there must be a way to do so without losing all of the astrological imagery which really speaks to people at an intuitive level, whether they know anything about astrology or not. I understand its possible to put too much astrological yadayada into a report - but if you are using astrology as a basis for your analysis, the decision to avoid using any astrological language or imagery seems strange to me. Just my 2 cents.
