In some reports you could have a better personal or romantic relationship with a person and in others a better professional relationship, but relationships can be as great as you want them to be. It just means that you will have to work harder to make a personal, romantic or professional relationship work with certain people. I'm not sure I understood your question, but take the example of a "great" relationship that went very wrong: Relationships Analyst Report by Top Synergy
You can make any relationship work if you want to and the opposite.
