Thanks for sharing your input on what synergy is- I thought that it was intimately related to a person's ability to commit, communicate, be passionate (for love relationships) and be open to each other. I thought it was a commentary on how well the first three RQ's "meshed" due to your astrological qualities. I was encouraged to learn that synergy might be viewed as the good old fashioned work ethic, and how two people discard every hinderance to make the team goal achievable in a professional context.
