Now, I finally understood the conceptual discrepancy between synergy as a stand alone quality and the way you took it as an indicator of the overall quality of a relationship.
Looking at it through your eyes makes it clear that this mistake might repeat itself and become confusing to other members as well. I wonder how we can make it clearer on the reports
