I embrace the first part of your opinion - this is not a transit or forecast report, but rather an analysis of the "potential".
But here we part... while the report doesn't take our actual experiences into account, it claims to evaluate how experiences impact us, and how we react to change. This is the essence of the report: how we react to change in us and others, and what choices shall we probably make at times of change.
Evaluating "commitment" for example is about trying to gauge our choices and reaction to change within ourselves and our partner throughout our growth path and during trying times and events.
The analysis is performed twice - for you and your partner, and the results are being display for each one individually and in an aggregated form.
