Thanks for sharing, Tigress; not an easy thing to do.
It's easier to rebuild your relationship with your father now that you are both experiencing volnerability, uncertainty, and humility. I solute you for choosing to make the most out of the situation, and to build back trust and friendship with your Dad in such grave times for you both.
Departing from your Dad on these terms is a true gift, mainly when considering other options of departure that leave you with hate and resentment. This departure will allow you both the freedom to go forward in your path and experience the abundance of your souls, while otherwise - you would be still tied up to the Karmic weight of unresolved conflicts.
Please meditate the following blessing as often as you can. I hope that you'll be able to teach your father to say it out loud to you as well:
My dear Dad,
I forgive you for all you did to me in this life;
I forgive you for all you did to me in past lives;
I forgive myself for all I did to you in this life;
I forgive myself for all I did to you in past lives;
I love and accept you with all my heart;
I love and accept myself with all my heart;
I let you go with love, blessings, and total forgiveness.
And I will move on with your love, blessings, and total forgiveness.
You are among friends here, Tigress. We want to be by your side during such trying times, and thereafter. Please keep sharing.
