When clicking on the info ‘i’m, you have explanations about the requested entry.

In the one for ‘Name’ ,

Please enter your name so it won't be offending when we address you. For example, "asshole" can be an amusing and anonymous entry. However, addressing you on the relationship analysis report as "Dear asshole" is another matter altogether.

The use of asshole is unnecessary. Using “Jerk” would have had the same impact without being offensive. It completely colored my view of the site, and limited the folks I would share it with. Even if the word doesn’t offend me, it’s not something I could comfortably share with business colleagues or family, or others who are easily offended.
