Martha Stewart product
I am not sure if this is the right place to complain, but the word "abuse" is certainly what happened when I was dealing with K-Mart in regard to a Martha Stewart product. K-Mart treated me in an unbelievably rude, insulting, manner over bedding I had purchased, a day before it came on sale. After calling, I was told that I could receive the difference in the retail/sale price, and two days later I went to the K-Mart with the receipt, and was treated in such a dispictable manner, that when I left the store, I was both angry and close to tears for the humiliating way I was treated, simply for standing up for what I knew to be correct....and I was, but that didn't matter to the assistant manager. It is quite detailed, and would actually turn people off from buying Martha Stewart merchandise.
I may not agree with what she did, but I do believe that she does have good taste. However, not enough to have to deal with abuse. I would like to know where I can contact her to let her know how her ads are being treated, and the treatment of the public that assumes the ads are truthful. If K-Mart continues to handle advertising of her products in this manner, I know I would not trust them enough to put myself through the abuse I received again. Although my bedroom came out beautifully, there are too many other beautiful items to select from at other stores.
