suggestion for the website
I really like this site... it's a fun game...
my girl friends had a blast with this.... but i was wondering it would be nice if your system could pull up the best celebrity match when user enters their birth day and time. I think it would be hillarious.... to have that on this site... i would crack up with my perfect match came out to be ozzy ozbourne or some celebrity that i would not have even thought of..  peace

Welcome aboard, sana, and many thanks for your words of encouragement.
During the years 2004-05 we used to calculate the five top famous people with whom your relationships will be highly successful. However, that was a time when we had 300 famous people in our Relationships with The Famous library, versus today's ~2,500, and we processed only tens of daily requests for report versus the thousands that we produce each and every day now. On one hand, there's no way that we can run the many million queries that are required to fulfill your request. On the other hand, it can be a nice feature to add for future members of our upcoming community. How do you feel about that? Is this a good enough compromise?

Divining matches
My first tour through the forum was to find out if anyone had addressed this very issue of 'best match'. As I've mentioned to Shlomo, I use Top Synergy for self-understanding. I find it really useful to run a relationship test on well-known people to whom I am attracted--or repulsed--as there are inevitable patterns, which I find very instructive. What would be intriguing is what the computer would deduce for us, in terms of compatibility--or for that matter, people with whom we have no capatability at all. ALL information is useful, including lies.
 What I mean is, people are never really 'enemies', but rather 'worthy opponents,' so it pays to be canny about people who challenge/repulse you, not just the ones with whom you get along. Nevertheless, I suspect it would take a monster software program and/or years of grueling work to develop a system to spit out the top 10/bottom 10. I'm convinced, however, that one could develop a pretty interesting Ph.D. dissertation by analysing the results! -Northstar
