Wink A synergy of TWO?

Relationships Analyst Report by Top Synergy

Have you ever done something just to test your understanding? Here's a chart I ran expecting to get a total zero. I got what I expected... except for one little thing. I got a synergy rating of a TWO for a guy for whom I expected to see a "total zero." As you can see, every other value is ZERO.
So what kind of relationship would this be? Is this like the Night of the Living Dead, where you can't get away from someone that you don't relate to, don't want to talk to, don't ever want to know, and they feel just the same way...but your relationship just lives on and on, like a zombie? Or maybe... is it like you are irresistibly drawn to never relate to each other, and studiously avoid each other?
I can't wait to learn what this means....

Lol I can't stop laughing. You're funny! You two could work well together, stricly professional, you would easily separate after you're both done with your projects and maybe none of you would look back. You would both get the work done wonderfully together. Combined you could create a work of art. Personally, none of you is interested in having a relationship with each other, but that doesn't have any effect on your work. You may not like the man but he may have wonderful abilities in his work, you're just being a little biased because of how you feel about him. I also think since such a synergy rating is rare you should try and appreciate it at it's real value.

Default Is a two "synergy" a rare rating?

I was trying to be funny. I'm actually not so hateful when it comes to Mr. Gardner. He is the consummate professional, and when I was a kid, I and my brothers used to watch the Rockford files. But it's also clear that I was never fascinated by him. It's nice to know if we ever work together, we'd make an excellent team. I'm actually not surprised to learn we could work well together. But I really didn't understand synergy to only be about getting a job done. Isn't it the sum of the parts, a sort of 2 + 2 == 6 type of thing?
I'm also very curious, is a synergy of two rare? I would love to hear from Shlomo on that point. It's impossible to understand a system until you understand it in terms of scale. In school we understand the grading scale, and what it takes to get an A versus a D. I'm still trying to understand. Thanks for sharing your excellent perceptions....Claygal

It's great to watch your exchanges, alex1 & claygal. You speak each other's language while coming from such different mental and emotional DNAs. I cannot stop wondering what your relationship report will come up with, synergy not excluded

As you can tell by the bottom table of the report, there's only one type of relationship that is being satisfied by synergy alone, and this is the professional association. It can be academic, R&D, legal, etc. Two minds are well synchronized and complement each other towards the setup, development, and successful completion of challenging projects.

We have a legal firm (this is the only one we know about) that uses the relationships analyst to assign the right attorney to their client, and synergy is one of the qualities they look for.

Finally, let me say something about the scores: the real numbers (output) of the calculations are complex. They range from negative values to very large ones and make everyone who isn't hands on with the Cosmodyne theory confused at best

Hence, we made the change a few years back and converted the displayed results from the crude numbers into a 0-5 scale, where zero represents average or below and 1 through five the geometric growth from "just above average" to the maximum value that we have ever stored in our database. Without further ado, "one" is definitely a value to reckon with, and all the rest is just a bonus

Really? That's a very good practical use of such an information.

I am still wondering if a synergy of two is a "rare" thing, or if a lot of people get it. Could you please let all of us know if a 2 for synergy is common? Please advise. Also, does anyone get a three, or four for synergy?

Wink

Two on the synergy scale isn't common at all, and yes -there are also rare instances of 3, 4, and 5.

What is the rarity difference between 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Is a 2 ten times rarer than a 1, and so on? Or is it not graded that way?

While the difference in values represented by these numbers is linear, their rarity is growing exponentially.
