can you post the scale and definitions regarding the RQ. The numbers are interesting, but without numerical interpretation, it's kind of whimsical at best.

I have submitted synergy forms over the past 7 days and have yet to receive even one report back. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Dear Carolyn, it's probably NOT the best way to welcome you aboard our community, is it?

Sorry for the recent crash of our database once again. I hope to be able to finish its recovery without losing data within the next two to three days.

Then, new submissions will be processed instantly and older ones will be processed manually within a week time.

I have been putting the same request in for over two weeks and still nothing. All the info I entered was accurate and complete so that's not the problem. The site just isn't working. I can't wait until its back up again and I wish they would address this issue on the homepage and keep us all posted. Thanks. Carolyn
