Have you experienced recent problems with Relationships Analyst reports that never materialized?

We apologize for not serving you in the past few weeks as we would have liked to. We were busy recovering from one crisis after another due to server crashes and trouble handling all the welcome growth we've been experiencing this year.

The bad news is that all hell could break loose today and tomorrow, while we migrate to our powerful new servers and communication devices.

The good news is that once we weather the storm, things can only get better.

The new servers will also enable us to proceed with tons of new additions and long-awaited improvements to the Relationships Analyst, which were on hold due to the never-ending troubleshooting and crisis-management.

So let us sweat through the next few hours or days, and we'll see you back in a new and improved setting.

We will post another message here once the migration process has been successfully completed.

During the weeks prior to server migration, over 18,000 reports (out of ~270,000) were stuck in the pipeline and we couldn't do anything about it because of database accessibility problems that were caused by the overload. We hope that we didn't make over 18,000 loyal visitors too unhappy during this period.

For the past few days we released all the reports that could have been selvaged and cleaned the database from damaged ones.

If you didn't receive your long awaited reports, please submit them again. That includes those cases where you received an email with a link to your report but no data showed up.
