Bumped onto this Topsynergy-site. Looked interesting. I was in a sentimental mood.

Took a relationship report with myself as counterpart, with some rather disturbing results. Love: 73, Friendship: 0, Sex: 180 & Partner: 0. The Passion section reads: 3 x "5 Devine".

I find this report rather disturbing & unhealthy. I only seem to be able to have a sexual relation with myself. Downright scary, I totally do not fancy myself!

This of course prompted my curiousity. So I started to get some more relationship reports mainly with female celebritries and a number of female friend & aquaintances.

Guess what, some more chocking results. Out of 29 reports, thus far, only 1 report reads friendship as the highest score and 4 reports read partners as the highest score. Not a single report reads love as the highest score and it never reads over 100. Meaning that 24 out of 29 reports reads sex as the highest score.

It gets worse. On the personal relationship section below those scores no relation other than a sexual relation reads purple. In 6 cases no personal relationship seems possible. Only few reports list professional relationships purple.

I suddenly started to feel really really lonely and confused, and not necessarily in the order.

Can somebody shed some light on the matter. Similar results perhaps or am I really alone in this?

Welcome aboard, Sirius, and let me also add a one great Christmas and many happy years to come.

I moved your post from the Me & My Reports forum because you didn't include links to any of the reports, so we are just shooting in the dark here.

The study, which you have conducted here, can be very helpful in understanding your whereabouts once we learn about the presence and strengths of the four elements in your relationships: commitment, intimacy, passion, and synergy.

Is it just possible - for the sake of argument - that you are a passionate person who tends to retain control in many aspects of life, including in your communication with others? Is it possible that you have some tendencies to criticize people rather then accept and love them for what they are?

Is it possible that you score "average or below" on commitment or intimacy or both? We would love to see the reports or some of them and go from there.

And in the spirit of New Year resolution, none of the output of these reports is meant to be a prognosis, just a flag on where we may focus our self-growth efforts in order to make so much more of ourselves and our relationships.

Lastly, your request for more musicians has not been discarded. We just experience lately some delays in our daily operation.

I have to say, you sort of got my number. I am indeed a bit of a controlfreak and keep more than some at armslenght. I'm also an accountant, sceptical in nature or having a professional deviance?

My score for commitment & intimacy are indeed systematically low. But I never thought I'd score so low compared to 'other' relationship reps. I guess we're all far less mysterious than we think we are.

To drag my ass out of the slump. I scoped the topsynergy database for reports on long lasting celebrity relationships. The short lasting ones are clearly no reference especially in celebrity-land!

I learned that the majority of succesful celebrity relationships (often ones longer than 10years) have far lower scores on the relationships reports.

In more than half the reports I made the score was higher.

I'm an optimist again. Apparently I saw things a bit to grim, eventhough I do score low on friendship & partnership and commitment & intimacy.

All is not lost!
